Each year on December 1, world attention focuses on the AIDS epidemic. Here in Western New York, we invite your company to mark this important day by participating in AIDS Community Services' first official Red Ribbon Day, a simple but effective way to help the thousands of people in our community affected by HIV and AIDS. Participating companies will encourage employees to make a $5 (suggested) donation to AIDS Community Services. In return they will receive a red ribbon lapel pin as a symbol of their support along with useful information on the prevention of HIV and AIDS.

Once your company registers we'll send you all the materials you need to promote Red Ribbon Day. You can also incorporate other activities into the program throughout the month of December, such as dress down days, lunch & learns, a memorial tribute wall, etc. In addition to the satisfaction of making a difference in our community, you and your company will receive credit for funds raised through Red Ribbon Day for our annual AIDS Walk, which is a great way to qualify for fabulous incentive prizes!
