AIDS Community Services of Western New York, Inc. (ACS) was founded in 1983 with a staff of one and a $30,000 budget. Today ACS employs over 125 highly skilled individuals, manages a budget of $7 million, and provides region-wide services out of five facilities.  ACS is the largest and most comprehensive community based provider of HIV/AIDS care and prevention services in all eight counties of Western New York, and is a model in comprehensive care nationwide.  ACS provides services to over 1400 families from four service sites:

  • Central Office at 206 South Elmwood at Chippewa, Buffalo, NY.

  • The Victorian at 200 South Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY in the heart of the Lower West Side, predominantly Hispanic community.

  • Niagara Community Services at 7500 Porter Rd. Suite 2, Niagara Falls, NY serving the Niagara region.

  • Southern Tier Services at 111 W. 2nd St. Jamestown, NY serving the three rural Southern Tier Counties of Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua.
