ACS has provided services in Niagara County for 20 years. In 2003, we opened our first office in Niagara Falls.

NCS provides AIDS & HIV centered, supportive (case management) and prevention services to individuals residing in Niagara and surrounding counties. Our experienced Case Managers assist individuals with coordinating medical treatment, entitlements, housing, and other services while making appropriate referrals throughout the community. We also provide services to family, partners, children, and others, in addition to the client in order to reach all of those affected by HIV/AIDS.

Our Case Management program is paid for by Medicaid reimbursement and funding from the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, so there is no cost to the client.

NCS is also the primary site in Niagara County for individuals to receive free anonymous and confidential 20 minute HIV rapid testing. Knowing your HIV status is an important part of preventing HIV and ending the AIDS epidemic.
