Assistant Case Manager

Assist Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management services to individuals and families.  AA degree in Human Services, or equivalent and one year of relevant experience in a human services organization. Must have own vehicle, willing to travel and work flexible hours. Salary $20's

Case Manager

Responsibilities include working directly with individual and families with HIV/AIDS and developing plans for all needed services including coordination of housing. BA/BS degree in human services or related field required; and 2 years experience in implementing direct client services preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish a plus.  Sensitivity to AIDS issues essential.  Must have own vehicle and work flexible hours.  Salary Mid 20's

Human Resources Director

120 employee nonprofit health & human services agency.  Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities such as: human resource planning, personnel & employee relations, comp & benefits administration, equal opportunity/diversity, and training and development.  BS in Human Resources or related field and three (3) years experience in personnel and benefit programs; management/supervisory experience.  SPHR/PHR preferred.  Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS software (ADP); must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sensitivity to cultural diversity, HIV/AIDS and lifestyle issues essential.
